JOHN EAGLE was born at Hoe on the 1st of December 1801, and baptised on the 10th of January 1802.

1827 14th December. Married ANN RIX of West Lexham, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Rix.

1846 25th February. Wife Ann buried in Sporle churchyard.

1863 29th June. Burial of John Eagle in Sporle churchyard.
